Feather puts three actions where the post already is: in the action row under every post on X. Click the Feather mark and a small popover offers only what fits the post beneath it. A plain post offers one action. A post with video offers two. A thread offers Export Thread as well. Nothing else is ever added, and nothing happens until you click. CREATE CONTENT Opens Feather in a new tab with the post already loaded, ready to become a designed image in any of fifteen templates: a post, a story, a square or a carousel. DOWNLOAD VIDEO Saves the video straight from X, handled by your browser's own downloader. No tab switch, no downloader page, no watermark. If a post carries several videos, all of them are saved, including the video in a post it quotes. EXPORT THREAD Opens Feather's Thread Export with the whole thread already fetched. Choose PDF or Markdown there. WHY IT EXISTS The old way was four steps: copy the link, open Feather, paste the link, find where to start. The extension knows which post you are looking at, so you land on the work instead of the paperwork. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO It has no account, no settings and no storage. It sets no cookie, contains no analytics and no advertising, and it loads no code from the internet, so everything it runs ships inside this package. It runs on x.com and twitter.com only, and it never touches your X account, your messages or your password. The only thing that ever leaves your browser is the public link of a post you clicked, and only to open Feather in a new tab, exactly as if you had pasted it there yourself.
