What it does • One-click save — a Save to JobOS button appears right on LinkedIn and Indeed job pages. • Captures the details — pulls the job title, company, location, and description into your JobOS pipeline so nothing gets retyped. • Stays in sync — saved jobs show up instantly in your JobOS dashboard, ready to track through every stage. • Works where you job-hunt — LinkedIn job views, collections, and search results, plus Indeed job and search pages. Then take it further in JobOS Once a job is saved, open JobOS to match it against your CV, spot skill gaps, tailor your résumé, and track your application from saved to offer — all in one place. Getting started (30 seconds) Install the extension. Open JobOS, go to your profile, and click Connect extension to generate a secure token. Paste the token into the extension popup. Browse LinkedIn or Indeed and hit Save to JobOS on any job. Private and secure by design • The extension only runs on LinkedIn, Indeed, and your JobOS site — nowhere else. • It connects to your account with a scoped token you create and can revoke anytime from your dashboard. • It doesn't read your browsing history, track you across the web, or sell any data. Permission-justification notes (paste in the review "permissions" fields — reviewers ask for these) host_permissions (LinkedIn/Indeed): required to display the "Save" button and read the visible job posting on the page the user is viewing. host_permissions (your JobOS domain): required to send saved jobs to the user's authenticated JobOS account. storage: stores the user's JobOS connection token and settings locally so they don't re-enter them each session. No remote code, no analytics, no cross-site tracking.
