attachments using chrome extension

Hello! We are using chrome extension with an existing business accounts and are noticing that our attachments are not pulling into the emails that are being sent via gmail. Is that an option to have those attachments be sent from gmail?

Gmail sidebar not working

We've been using Nutshell's integration with gmail in Chrome for awhile now (a year?), and it's just stopped working -- maybe a month ago? We've been hand entering leads that come through email, but it's just not sustainable. Is there a fix? We've double-checked that the extension is activated. Thanks.

Can't get this to work

Can't get this to work
I've just switched from Copper because N looks better in several aspects. But the Chrome extension doesn't seem to do.... anything. Unlike the Copper extension which worked quite well.

Gmail Sidebar

Hi there,

Is there any way to remove the sidebar panel from Gmail? I just find it obstructive so was wondering if there's a way we can keep the mail sync with Nutshell without the side panel being permanently attached to my Gmail?

nutshell Chrome extension

hello I just downloaded the Chrome extension and I'm trying to use it in Gmail. However the nutshell information panel sticks to the original email contact info. When I click on a different email the nutshell information does not change unless I refresh Gmail itself.
