Unable to print a manual without adding an "extension" to Chrome.

Have been trying to load a PDF converter to print my iRobot/i3 manual. It just keeps loading and unloading an "extension" . The instructions are so poorly written as to completely confuse an old learner such as myself. There will be millions of us trying to use these products. Please advise or direct this to a chat representative or to a return message slip department. I was really looking forward to using this equipment and recommending it to friends and neighbors.
