Record a task in your browser once. FlowHop turns every click into a clear step with a screenshot – ready to share as a guide, SOP or work instruction. When the software changes, update the guide in minutes and send your team a short video of what changed. RECORD (FREE) • Click through any web app as normal. Each click, choice and typed field becomes a step with a screenshot and plain-English wording ("Click Save", "Select Australia for Country"). • Passwords, card and ID numbers are blurred automatically. Blur anything else by hand. • Edit the wording, reorder, crop, zoom and add tips and text steps. • Download as a web page, or import a guide someone sent you and follow it with ▶ Play: FlowHop highlights each button on the real website. KEEP GUIDES CURRENT (BUSINESS) • Update this step: the page opens, the button is ringed, you click it, and the step is updated in place. Your tips and arrows stay, and renamed buttons update the wording. • Update all: capture a changed screen once and every guide that uses it is updated. Review before → after, then issue every new version together. • Numbered on-screen steps guide you through each update. • Versions with "What's changed" in every download, document IDs, owners and review reminders. • Clean screenshots for test systems: hide "SIT/UAT" banners and swap test data while recording, so guides look like the live system. • Broken-step checker: finds steps that no longer match the website.
