Lemonlight — Meetings

Book client calls and email with the project's PID in one click.

For Lemonlight producers and account executives. Puts the right project ID (PID) on client meetings and emails, inside Gmail and Google Calendar. In Gmail: • A "New meeting" button beside each sender, in the Reply / Forward row and next to Send. It finds the project from the people on the thread, then opens a Google Calendar event already titled "Lemonlight + Client (Call type) [PID]", with everyone on the thread invited. • A reminder under the subject when an email to a client has no PID. One click adds it. In Google Calendar: • A button in the new-event window. Search for a PID or a company name and pick the call type. The title is filled in, and the people from the project's last client call are added as guests. Remove anyone who shouldn't be there before saving. Nothing is ever sent or saved for you. You review the email or event and click Send or Save yourself. Requires a lemonlight.com Google account. An internal tool, not for use outside Lemonlight.
