Molt Code Browser
Overview
Lets your Molt Code agents drive and debug tabs in this browser, with a visible cursor and a Stop button.
Molt Code Browser connects your Chrome to Molt Code, so the coding agents you run in Molt can use the web the way you do: in your own browser, with your own logins, where you can watch. What agents can do • Open tabs, navigate, go back and reload • Read pages: interactive elements, visible text and screenshots • Click, type, press keys, scroll and upload files • Debug: console messages, uncaught errors, network requests and response bodies, JavaScript evaluation You stay in control • A cursor moves to each element before the agent acts on it and shows what it is about to do ("Clicking Sign in"). • The tab glows while an agent is using it. • One click on Stop, in the page or in the toolbar popup, ends the agent's control of that tab. Agents can't use it again until you allow it. • Agent-opened tabs are grouped under "Molt" and work in the background without taking focus. How it works The extension talks only to the Molt Code app on the same computer, through Chrome's native messaging. It has no server and opens no network connections of its own, and nothing is sent to us. Install the Browser (Chrome) plugin in Molt Code, then run "molt-browser setup" once. Requires the Molt Code desktop app (macOS or Linux).
