FBA Calculator
Overview
Amazon FBA calculator for sellers: fulfillment fee, referral fee, storage cost, profit, margin and ROI right on the product page.
📦 FBA Calculator shows what Amazon will take from every sale before you buy inventory. Open a product on any Amazon store, click the icon, and the fba calculator fills in the price, package size, weight and category from the page. You add your product cost and get profit, margin and ROI in one view. It is a lightweight fba calculator for amazon sellers: private label brands, wholesale buyers and anyone doing online arbitrage or retail arbitrage who needs a fast answer to one question: is this product still worth it after amazon fees? 💡 What the calculator shows ➤ Size tier: small standard, large standard or bulky in the US; envelope, parcel or oversize in Europe and other stores ➤ FBA fulfillment fee from the store's own 2026 rate card, including fuel and logistics surcharges ➤ Amazon referral fee for the product category, with tiered categories handled correctly ➤ Closing fee for media items ➤ Monthly storage cost per unit, with the October to December rate in the holiday season ➤ VAT or GST included in the price, where the store shows prices with tax ➤ Total fees, profit per unit, net margin and ROI How to use it 1️⃣ Open any product page on Amazon. 2️⃣ Click the FBA Calculator icon in the toolbar. 3️⃣ Check the price, size and weight it read from the page. 4️⃣ Enter your product cost, inbound shipping and any other per-unit cost such as PPC or prep. 5️⃣ Read profit, margin and ROI. Change any number and everything recalculates instantly. Your costs are remembered for each ASIN, so when you come back to a product the amazon fba calculator already knows what you pay for it. 📌 How the fees are calculated The amazon fba fee calculator follows the published rules step by step: 1. FBA size tiers come from the longest, median and shortest side plus the weight. 2. Shipping weight is the greater of unit weight and amazon dimensional weight, with each store's own divisor and exceptions. 3. The fulfillment fee comes from the weight band and, where the store uses them, the price band (in the US: under $10, $10 to $50, or over $50). Low-price programmes are applied when the item qualifies. 4. Holiday peak tables apply automatically in the stores that have them. 5. The amazon referral fee uses the category rate, the store's minimum and split rates where a portion of the sale is priced differently. Everything is computed inside your browser from the official 2026 rate cards. There is no account, no sign-up and no server in between, so the fba revenue calculator works the moment it is installed. 🧮 More than a fee lookup This is a complete amazon fba profit calculator. Profit equals the sale price minus amazon fba fees, product cost, inbound shipping and other costs. Margin is profit divided by price, and ROI is profit divided by your total cost. Use it as an amazon roi calculator while sourcing, or as an amazon profit margin calculator when you set a price. 📍 Who uses it - Private label sellers checking a product idea before ordering samples - Wholesale buyers comparing dozens of ASINs in one session - Online arbitrage and retail arbitrage sourcers who need a quick yes or no - Agencies and VAs preparing amazon product research reports - New sellers learning how amazon seller fees add up ▸ Right on the product page A small panel under the product title shows the best sellers rank, the category and the FBA fees, so you see the numbers without opening the popup. ▸ Manual mode Not on a product page? Open the popup anywhere, pick a marketplace and use it as a plain amazon fba cost calculator: type the price, dimensions, weight and category and get the same breakdown. It doubles as a quick fba estimator for products you are still sourcing from a supplier catalog. ▸ When the page has no size Some listings do not show package dimensions. The popup tells you in one line, and you enter the size yourself. When Amazon shows you prices in your home currency, the tool still reads the price in the store's own currency, because FBA fees are charged in it. ❓ Questions Q: Which marketplaces does it support? A: Amazon US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Ireland, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and Brazil, each with its own 2026 fees, currency and units. Q: How accurate is the fba fulfillment calculator? A: It reproduces the official worked examples to the cent. Your final amazon fulfillment fees can still differ if the warehouse measures the package differently from the listing. Q: Does it include amazon storage fees? A: Yes, monthly fba storage fees per unit based on package volume and season. Long-term storage and low-inventory fees are not included. Q: How is it different from the Amazon revenue calculator? A: The Amazon revenue calculator lives in Seller Central and needs a sign-in and a product search. FBA Calculator reads the page you are already looking at. Q: Is apparel handled? A: Yes. Clothing uses the separate apparel fee table automatically. FBA Calculator does one job: it tells you what Amazon keeps and what you keep. Install it, open a product and see the numbers before you commit to inventory.
