)Overview
A premium bookmark home screen for Chrome New Tab with folders, dock, and drag-and-drop favorites.
Favorites OS turns Chrome's New Tab page into a clean desktop-style home screen for your real Chrome bookmarks. Instead of showing a generic new tab, Favorites OS displays your existing bookmarks as large icons with folders, subfolders, drag and drop organization, a dock, custom backgrounds, and custom icons. Key features: - Uses your real Chrome bookmarks - Live bookmark sync for create, rename, move, and delete actions - Folders and subfolders with visual folder previews - Drag and drop reordering across the home screen, folders, and dock - Optional dock that can use a bookmark folder or a custom dock area - Custom icons with automatic favicon, uploaded image, or HTTPS image URL - Adjustable grid density, icon size, and background appearance - Minimal New Tab experience focused on bookmark launching and organization Important notes: - Favorites OS reads your Chrome bookmarks so it can display them on the New Tab page. - If you edit, move, create, or delete bookmarks in Favorites OS, those changes can also update your Chrome bookmarks. - Favorites OS does not include a custom search engine and does not change your default search provider. - Favorites OS stores its layout and appearance settings locally on your device. - Favorites OS does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
