Fat Rabbit Break Reminder 是一个轻量级休息提醒 Chrome 扩展。 当用户连续工作达到设定时间后，页面上会出现一只可爱的胖猫动画、倒计时和提醒文案，提醒用户短暂离开屏幕、活动一下，减少长时间久坐和连续盯屏带来的疲劳。 用户可以在扩展弹窗中设置： - 工作提醒间隔：1 / 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 分钟 - 休息陪伴时长：3 / 5 / 10 / 15 分钟 - 是否允许提前关闭提醒 - 是否播放提示音 - 提醒时显示的文案 本扩展不会上传用户数据，不会读取网页正文内容。用户设置仅保存在 Chrome 本地存储中，用于在本机记住提醒间隔、休息时长、声音开关和提醒文案等偏好。
