Copy text from anything on your screen. OCR runs on your device. Send PDFs to fastocr.org for Word, Excel or a searchable PDF.

Copy the text you can't select. Press Alt+Shift+O, drag over any part of the page, and the text is copied to your clipboard. It works on images, video frames, charts, scanned PDFs and pages that block copying. The text is read on your computer with an open-source OCR engine, so nothing you select is uploaded. What it does - One shortcut and one drag. The file waits in the uploader until you click Start. - When a read looks weak (a scan, styled text, handwriting), the card says so, doesn't copy it, and offers fastocr.org, which reads it more accurately.
