Not sure how quickly this updates the IP. There is no way to set the time interval. Seems to cache the IP and not update in real time.

https://... request and response error net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE for no-ip because require "http://username:password@dynupdate.no-ip.com/nic/update?hostname=mytest.testdomain.com&myip=1.2.3.4"

It does what it says. That's pretty simple, but you have no idea how important it is.
