For those who are confused, IT DOES WORK. The way it works is that it minimizes a couple hundred milliseconds by pre-loading frequently opened tabs as well as pre-loading websites when you hover over a website's link which can work in your favorites tab or just searching normally on Google. The effect is small, but there is a difference and to test it, you can hover over any link for 3-4 seconds and watch how much faster it loads. this works pretty well, you just need the extension "uBlock Origin" to block all ads.
