Doesn't work in incognito, even with checkbox enabled.

Opens new tab with a defined address, in my case a local html. Great :D

It works perfectly in the main browser window. Super-fast redirect which works for local files even with the latest Chrome update (v118). However... it doesn't work under Incognito Mode even with "Allow in Incognito" enabled. And that's mostly what I wanted this for, since the other "New Tab Redirect" extension stopped working. Can't say as I recommend this, as of now.

Only your extension will not "white flash" when I open the new tab page in dark mode！
