Fast Downloader for Instagram adds download buttons right where you browse Instagram, so saving a photo, a reel or a whole profile takes one click. WHAT YOU CAN DOWNLOAD • Single posts: photos and videos in the best available quality, every item of a carousel at once • Reels • Stories: the one you are watching or all current stories of an account • Highlights: the current item or the whole highlight • Whole profiles, with a choice of what to save: everything (posts and stories), photos and reels from the feed, stories only, photos only or reels only WHERE THE BUTTONS ARE • In the top right corner: actions for the page you are on (post, story, profile) and the settings • In the feed: next to the "..." menu of every post • In profile and explore grids: on each thumbnail when you hover it • On a post page: in the action bar, next to the Save icon HOW FILES ARE SAVED Choose the method that suits you in the settings: • Browser downloads: files go to your Downloads folder (an optional subfolder too) and appear in the browser's download list. Clicking a recent download opens your file manager with the file selected. • Chosen folder: pick any folder once and every file is saved there without a single save dialog, even if your browser asks where to save each file. A whole profile or all stories go into a subfolder named after the account. Files already downloaded are skipped, so an interrupted profile download can simply be started again. A large profile can be stopped at any moment. COMFORT • Recent downloads: your last 4 files as thumbnails in the settings, the file name shows on hover • Looks like Instagram itself and follows its light and dark theme • Tooltips on every button, full keyboard support, Esc closes tooltips and panels • 19 languages, picked automatically from your browser: English, Bahasa Indonesia, Čeština, Dansk, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Magyar, Nederlands, Norsk, Polski, Português (Brasil), Română, Slovenčina, Svenska, Türkçe, Українська, 日本語 PRIVACY The extension does not collect, send or sell any data. There are no accounts, no analytics and no external servers: everything happens in your browser, using your own Instagram session. Settings and the list of recent downloads are stored locally on your device. GOOD TO KNOW • You need to be logged in to Instagram. The extension only downloads what your account can already see. • Profiles are downloaded at a steady pace to stay within Instagram's limits. • Respect the rights of creators: save content for personal use and ask the author before sharing it further.
