Detailed description FAssistant brings the Flash cloud AI assistant straight into Chrome. Open the side panel, sign in, and start chatting — no tab switching, no extra window, no copy-pasting between pages. ━━━ KEY FEATURES ━━━ ⚡ Side panel chat Chat lives in Chrome's native side panel. It stays open while you browse, read docs, or reply to email — your conversation is one click away on every tab. 🧵 Topic-based conversations Organise your chats into topics. Create a new topic per project, question, or experiment. History is grouped by Today / Yesterday / Last 7 days so you find context fast. ✍️ Rich responses AI replies render with full GitHub-Flavoured Markdown — headings, lists, tables, blockquotes, links. Code blocks come with syntax highlighting (powered by highlight.js) and a one-click copy button. ⚡ Real-time streaming Replies stream in via WebSocket and animate as they arrive, so you see the AI thinking instead of waiting for the whole answer. 🔐 Secure authentication Access tokens live in Chrome's session-only storage (cleared when you close the browser). Refresh tokens are scoped to your extension alone. Tokens never leak to other tabs or websites. 🌐 Works offline-aware Detects when you go offline and pauses sending until you're back. Auto-reconnects when connectivity returns — no lost messages, no spinning forever. ━━━ HOW TO USE ━━━ 1. Click the FAssistant icon in your toolbar. 2. Sign in with your Flash cloud account (or create one — it's free). 3. Click "Open chat panel" — Chrome's side panel opens on the right. 4. Pick a starter or type your own message. Press Enter to send. 5. Click any topic in the list to switch contexts instantly. ━━━ PRIVACY ━━━ We only collect what's needed to run the chat: your email, full name, and the messages you send. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
