Fantomas: Clean up your Instagram activity

Unsend your Instagram messages and remove likes, comments, reposts and story replies, locally in your browser.

Clean up your Instagram activity, from your own browser. Fantomas helps you remove what you left behind on Instagram: unsend your own messages, and remove your likes, comments, reposts and story replies. You choose what goes. Fantomas does the clicking for you. How it works • Open Instagram in Chrome and click the Fantomas ghost. • Scan a category, filter by date or conversation, review the selection. • Start. Fantomas unsends your messages one by one and removes your interactions in Instagram's own groups of up to 100, and shows its progress. Pause or stop at any time. • Keep a report of each cleanup (PDF), and back up your own messages before you unsend them. Private by design • No account needed. No password asked. • Your messages, scans, reports and backups stay on your device. • The Fantomas server only keeps an anonymous identity for this browser, your pass status, your counters and pseudonymous keys for your Instagram profiles. Never your content. Free and passes • Free: 70 removals a week on one Instagram profile. • Passes, paid once, no subscription, every feature, up to 3,000 removals a day per profile: 7 days for 1 Instagram profile, 14 days for up to 3, 30 days for up to 5. Use your key in any of your browsers. • Why a daily limit? To protect your account. Tens of thousands of removals in a single day look unusual to Instagram and can get an account restricted. Fantomas spreads the work over several days for you. Good to know • Likes, comments, reposts and story replies need Instagram set to one of these languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Turkish, Indonesian, Russian, Hindi or Japanese. Messages work in any language. • Likes, comments, reposts and story replies are removed in your Instagram tab: stay on it while Fantomas works, leaving it pauses the work. If your computer goes to sleep, the work pauses; resume it from Fantomas. • Removing an item on Instagram does not erase copies others may have kept, such as screenshots. • Instagram can limit actions on any account. If that happens, Fantomas stops and waits for you. • Fantomas is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.
