Gas tracker on fantom network

Fantom Gas Tracker shows actual information about gas price in Fantom Opera network. It takes data from official https://ftmscan.com/gastracker page and shows it in accessible and convenient way in your chrome toolbar, so you can always see actual price. The badge displays the current gas price estimation for "standard" transaction speed: not too slow, not too fast. Clicking on the badge displays price estimations for different speed expectations ("standard", "fast", and "rapid" transaction times). Changelog: v0.6.0: added gas treshold - beeps when gas price is under the set treshold. Beeps only when checked.
