Extension not working
The Family History Center located at Rua Marilice Rodrigues Silva Pinto, 55, in Piracicaba, São Paulo, CEP 13401-590, Brazil, has not been functioning for quite some time. The restricted documents are not accessible, which has made our research difficult. Could you please check and resolve this issue?

Hola, soy la hermana Claudia Espinoza consultora del Centro Familysearch de Godoy Cruz, Mendoza, Argentina. Aunque está instalada la extensión para ver los registros restringidos, no se pueden ver en el Centro. Quisiera saber qué debo hacer. Muchas gracias.

Portal no working
not recognizing us as a family history center and telling us to download the extension. We are a family history center and have the extension loaded. Everything was working last Saturday and today, Wednesday not one of our four computers will access the premium sites. This is a problem and we had several people unable to research tonight. Please fix this issue!!!!!! FSC #3331970

Premium Site Extensions
We are a Family History Center in Palatka, Florida. When we go through extensions to try and get to the premium sites the computer says we are a family history center in Chile. The "Visit Sites" button does not work.
