FAFJ keeps your whole job search in one place, with every job's full details, without a spreadsheet. SAVE ANY JOB IN ONE CLICK On job boards and company career sites, FAFJ reads the company, role, location, pay and full job description from the posting. It tells you when you have applied to that company before, and saves the hiring team when the posting lists one. TRACKED FROM THE MOMENT YOU APPLY Click Apply and the job goes on your board with everything the posting showed, even when the application form shows none of it. Submit the form and it is marked Applied, with the answers you gave. Saved a job from your phone and the site gave us only the title? Open it on your computer and FAFJ fills in the description and pay. The same goes for any posting the site will not let FAFJ read: open the job and click the extension there. TRACK A RECRUITER'S EMAIL A recruiter wrote to you in Gmail or Outlook? Open the email and click FAFJ. It saves the job with the company, role and the recruiter (and their LinkedIn), and puts the email on the application's timeline. In Gmail, FAFJ lists the email's attachments. Tick the files to keep with the application and say which one is the job description: its text fills in the job's description, location and pay. Anything else, like an interview agenda, an assignment or an offer letter, is kept as a file and never mistaken for the job. With your email connected (Pro), FAFJ looks back through the past year of that company's mail, adds their later emails, and an interview invite, offer or rejection updates the status. ONE BOARD FOR EVERY APPLICATION Your board at findafknjob.com shows every job's status, pay and when you applied, sorted any way you like. Each job's page keeps its timeline, people, files, calendar and portal login. Connect your email and calendar (Pro) and replies, interviews and rejections update each application on their own. WALK INTO THE CALL PREPARED Each application keeps the job description (even after the posting comes down), the people involved, your notes, what you told them on the form, and how far the office is from home. FILL IN FORMS, IF YOU WANT TO Turn on Autofill in the extension and click "Autofill this form" on an application. On Pro it fills your contact details, work history, education and saved answers from your profile, and attaches your resume; on Free it fills your name, email, phone and address. It is off until you turn it on, it leaves anything it cannot answer for you, and it never submits an application: you check the form and click Submit. SHARE YOUR SEARCH On Pro, invite up to 3 people to your job search, like a partner or a career coach, and choose whether each one can view it or also help. Someone you let edit picks your name under "Applying for" in the extension, and the jobs they apply to go on your board, not theirs.
