FadeOut doesn't block distracting sites — it makes them feel worse through subtle effects. Instead of a hard block you'll just bypass, FadeOut degrades the experience on sites you want to use less. Colors fade. Videos stutter. Playback slows. A timer reminds you how long you've been there.
