FactLens is a Chrome fact-checking extension built for the moment a statement sounds important and you want evidence now. Start an audio and video session to follow spoken claims as they happen, or scan visible images and social posts before choosing what to check. What you can do • Fact-check videos, podcasts, streams, interviews, debates, lectures, webinars, and meetings • Review screenshots, news images, charts, infographics, thumbnails, memes, and social posts • Read the evidence and open the original sources behind a result • Prioritize domains you trust and block sources you do not want used • Keep a searchable history of claims, verdicts, speakers, and sources • Export clear reports for later review or sharing • Work across languages with automatic or manual language selection Use the providers you prefer FactLens supports Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Deepgram, compatible search services, and custom AI or speech-to-text endpoints. Provider availability depends on the checking mode and the model you select. Built-in Browser Search is available without a separate search key. You can also connect another supported search provider when you need a different retrieval workflow. FactLens Pro Pro adds synchronized provider names, configurable audio/video and image/post workflows, mode-specific prompts and verdicts, credential fallback routing, source preferences, speaker reports, activity history, and the FactLens Console. Your actual API keys stay on the device where you enter them. Privacy and control You choose the AI, transcription, and search services FactLens uses. API keys remain in Chrome Extension Storage and are not uploaded to FactLens Cloud. Signed-in synchronization can carry settings, credential names, workflow configuration, and session data according to the controls available for your account.
