What should I do? A: Facebook runs as a single-page app: when you move between groups and Pages, the page isn't fully reloaded, so the extension sometimes can't inject the scraping card into the feed in time. A manual refresh usually fixes it — press F5 on Windows or Command+R on Mac — and the card will normally appear. If it's still missing after refreshing, check three things: ① you're on the group's "Posts" tab (the "Items" tab in buy-and-sell groups); ② you're not viewing a photo/video detail subpage, where the card isn't shown; ③ the extension is updated to the latest version.
