Find the people asking to hire someone in your Facebook groups, while you scroll. Open any Facebook group. Posts where someone asks for a recommendation, a quote or a service get an orange outline and a "Lead" tag, so they stand out from the memes and announcements. Add your own keywords in the popup, like "roofer", "gutter repair" or "bookkeeper", and posts mentioning them are outlined too. GRADES THE GROUP TOO Most people judge a group by its member count. That number tells you almost nothing: a 900-member local group routinely produces more work than a 50,000-member national one.
