The extension learns to recognize their face, and from then on, every image that appears on the screen is analyzed. When the face is detected, it’s blurred, and the rest of the image remains visible. WHAT IT BLOCKS - Regular images from any website - Ads, including those displayed within iframes from ad networks - Background images (banners and cards) - Endlessly scrolling content, such as feeds and news sites - Images with the person’s name in the alt text, caption, link, or URL, even if no face is visible TRUE PRIVACY All recognition takes place on your computer. No images, reference photos, or browsing history are sent to any server. There’s no account, no data collection, and no tracking. Variety matters more than quantity. LIMITATIONS Videos are not analyzed frame by frame. Faces that are very small, in profile, or partially covered may not be recognized. Facial recognition is not infallible: use calibration to balance correct identifications and false positives.
