Hello! I have downloaded this servis, but it does not work. It writes: Content Editor
is not available
The subscription is not active.
Owner of the organization under which this Editor was created must reactivate their subscription to restore access.
What should I do?

Extension not working since AI terms update to content editor

Hello,

I've noticed the extension sidebar has become unclickable since the AI terms update. I disabled the extension and reenabled it but now it doesn't even load in GDocs anymore. Does this mean we can no longer use surfer in GDocs?

Right side of page "unlickable"

With the surfer ext on GDocs I cannot click the right side of the page. Without the surfer ext I can, which shows surfer is the issue. How do I fix this?

Cannot select certain portions of text

Hi, when I am using the Surfer extension in Google Docs with Chrome I sometimes can't select certain portions of text on the right-hand side of the page. How can I fix this? I've tried restarting everything, creating a new Doc, etc.

Extension not working in real time

Surfer extension does not work for me

I was asked to download this extension to use as a freelancer and it does not work. None of the keywords can be found and I cannot turn on Web search or interact with it in any way. Please help.

Extension doesn't work

The extension simply doesn't work. Time waste for sure
