ezyVet Simple Hover

Adds simplified appointment hover and hover controls to ezyVet scheduler.

Adds a button to toggle hover information on/off as well as a new "simple" hover that shows abbreviated information about an appointment. This also adds a "time hover" to the calendar, so hovering over an empty appointment slot will display the time of that appointment. I put these plugins together in my free time to help out my fellow vet staff.
