Send selected PDFs and images directly to your EzyFin inbox.

Send invoices and receipts to EzyFin without saving them to Downloads first. Click EzyFin to find document links on the current page, or right-click a file and choose Send to EzyFin. Select the files you want, check the destination company and upload. When EzyFin confirms the upload, processing continues on the server and you can close the panel. Supports PDF, JPEG, PNG and WebP originals, including direct file tabs, supported embedded viewers, and generated file links when the originating app makes their bytes available to Chrome. Opened Gmail attachments are supported. Original PDF pages are retained. Review, invoice splitting and PayTraq sending stay in EzyFin. Upload up to 10 files at a time, 20 MiB per file. PDF processing supports up to 100 pages. Unfinished transfers with retrieved bytes can resume from the panel. Temporary local file bytes expire after 24 hours and are removed after acceptance, cancellation or disconnect. An existing EzyFin account with company access and eligible subscription or company entitlement is required. This extension does not give access to other companies. Some apps do not expose their original files. Protected/custom viewers, POST-only downloads, expired links, closed generated-file source tabs and browser security restrictions may require opening the original file or using manual upload. The extension does not bypass access restrictions or capture webpages as invoices.
