EzyApply — Job Applier

EzyIT staff tool: fills job applications for authorized candidates using their own profile data. A staff member reviews and submits.

EzyApply is EzyIT's internal application assistant, used by our placement team on behalf of candidates who have signed a data-authorization agreement. How it works: • A staff engineer signs in with their EzyIT account and selects an assigned candidate. • On a job application page (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and similar), the extension fills the form using the candidate's own profile data from our backend — identity, work authorization, screening answers, EEO self-identification choices. • The engineer reviews every field and submits the application themselves. The extension never submits automatically. • After submission, the extension captures the confirmation page as a PDF record for the candidate's file, and can attach the candidate's résumé and a generated cover letter. This extension is for authorized EzyIT staff only. It requires an EzyIT staff account and does nothing without one.
