EZPZ Templates — The EZest way to paste templates with formatting. Stop retyping the same emails, messages, and responses. EZPZ Templates lets you store all your templates in a simple Google Sheet and paste them anywhere in Chrome — with rich text formatting preserved. How it works: Create a Google Sheet with two columns: template name (A) and template content (B) Format your text directly in Google Sheets — bold, italic, colors, links — it all carries over Paste the sheet URL into the extension popup Type `` (double backtick) in any text field to search and paste Features: • Smart search — finds templates by name or content, handles abbreviations and typos • Rich text formatting — bold, italic, underline, colors, and links paste exactly as formatted in your sheet • Variable fill-in — add {{placeholders}} to templates and fill them in before pasting • Works everywhere — Gmail, Google Docs, Slack, Notion, LinkedIn, and any website with a text field • Fast and lightweight — no account required, no data leaves your browser • Auto-refresh — templates stay in sync with your sheet Perfect for: • Sales teams sending outreach and follow-ups • Support teams with canned responses • Recruiters with templated messages • Anyone who types the same things over and over Your templates live in your own Google Sheet — share it with your team and everyone stays on the same page.
