Overview

Draw with the right mouse button to go back, close tabs, reopen tabs, scroll and more. Includes rocker and wheel gestures.

Browse faster without reaching for the keyboard. Hold the right mouse button, draw a simple shape, and let go: EZ Mouse Gestures switches tabs, closes and reopens them, scrolls, reloads and more. HOW IT WORKS • Hold the right mouse button and draw. A trail and the action name show while you draw. • Not sure what to draw? Hold the right button still for a second and a guide lists every gesture you have set up. • A plain right-click still opens the normal menu (on Windows). DEFAULT GESTURES ← / → Previous / next tab ↑ / ↓ Scroll to top / bottom ↓→ Close tab ←↑ Reopen closed tab ↑↓ Reload ↓↑ New tab ↓→↑ New window ↑→↓ Close window →↓←↑ Open settings ROCKER AND WHEEL GESTURES • Hold right, click left: Back • Hold left, click right: Forward • Hold right and scroll the wheel: flip through your tabs MAKE IT YOURS • Record your own shapes and pick from about 30 actions: tabs, windows, navigation, scrolling, zoom, links. • Start a gesture on a link to open it in a new or background tab. • Scroll gestures work on the panel under the cursor, not just the page. • Change the trail colour and width, the sensitivity, and turn each feature on or off. • Settings sync across your computers through Chrome, and you can export or import them as a file. PRIVACY No tracking, no analytics, no ads. Nothing leaves your browser. The extension only listens to the mouse and keys it needs for gestures. NOTES • Chrome does not allow extensions on chrome:// pages, the Chrome Web Store or the built-in PDF viewer, so gestures don't work there. • On macOS and Linux, double right-click to open the normal context menu. • For local files, turn on "Allow access to file URLs" in the extension's details.
