Extry saves your ChatGPT and DeepSeek conversations as files on your computer. Open one, press the button, pick a format, press Download. No account, no sign-in, and nothing is uploaded anywhere. FILE FORMATS Pick one or several: - PDF — one button opens the print dialog right on the chat - Word — for editing and handing in - Markdown — for Obsidian, Notion or a repository - Excel — when the answer was a table - JSON — for scripts and data Five more are in the panel; the first screenshot shows all of them. The saved copy is a single page that opens in any browser. It has a table of contents, a search box that highlights matches, filters for your messages or the answers, and code blocks you can copy or download. You can change its text size, and it works offline. You can also copy a message, or the whole thread, to the clipboard. Bold, lists, tables and code survive into Google Docs, Notion and Word. A small button at the edge of the page saves the chat in one press, in the format you set once. The whole chat can also be saved as one long picture, in a bulk export too. EXPORT EVERYTHING AT ONCE Open All chats, tick the ones you need, download them in one archive. The archive has an index page: search by title, filter by model, size and date. Pause, resume or stop at any point. A stopped run keeps what it already saved. Open any chat from the list to read it and tick only the messages you want; each chat keeps what you ticked. If some chats fail, one button exports just those again. YOUR EXPORT ARCHIVE Asked ChatGPT for your data and got a .zip? Open it in the panel and save any conversation out of it as files. It is read on your machine, with nothing asked of the network — so it works even when the account cannot answer. IMAGES AND FILES Everything you uploaded and everything the model drew is saved next to the text, in a files/ folder, with a gallery page. You can also download only the images — from the one you are in, or from all of them. Pictures an answer shows from other sites come too, if you allow it. LONG CONVERSATIONS ChatGPT keeps only part of a long thread on the page. Tools that read the screen lose messages. Extry reads the conversation itself, so a 500-message thread is exported in full. WORKS WITH Projects, temporary threads, shared links, Canvas, Deep Research with its sources, code interpreter output and its charts. Formulas, tables and code keep their formatting.
