Mac OS. Doesnt work at all. ⇧⌘E to open it doesnt even work. Any help for this?

I used another extension to test accessibility of a page and got tired of clicking the extension in the toolbar. After installing this extension I no longer need to click the toolbar and it was nice this extension had a default shortcut which works great.
