Normally, browser extensions update silently without notifying the user. When Extension Update Monitor is installed, it actively informs users via a browser notification to what version an extension has been updated. Additionally, the extension has a log page that shows all extension updates, installations, and deletions. With the version 2.0 release, now get error message "This extension reloaded itself too frequently". It can't be turned on and enabled.

Useful extension to see what has been updated from browser extensions. But it was good to add changes in the list from which version was updated to which version. For example, it would look like this 4.19.3 -> 5.1.0
