Make your own extensions: codes, buttons and panels that run on any page or in the background.

Build your own small extensions without leaving Chrome: write a code, give it a button, put the buttons in a panel and launch everything from one toolbar icon. FEATURES • Codes — write JavaScript in a full code editor (syntax highlighting, autocomplete, find & replace, error marks) and run it on the current page or in the background with access to the browser's extension features. • Buttons and text fields — design buttons with your own shape, colors, size and image. Text fields keep what you type in a variable your codes can read. • Panels — place your buttons on top of any page: fixed in a corner, docked to an edge or floating, any width and height up to full screen, collapsible, with your own colors or background image. • Extensions — bundle codes, buttons and a panel behind an icon (your own image or a color). Run them when you tap them, whenever you open Extension Maker, or automatically on the sites you choose. • Examples — ready-made codes you can try or copy: welcome back, tidy up tabs, save for later, forget this site, focus mode, activity log, system report, comfortable reading, privacy shield and search the selection. • Test while you build — run a code or test the whole extension on the current tab from the editor, with a console that shows results and errors. • Share — export an extension to a file or the clipboard and import extensions from others. Back up and restore everything. • Hide extensions you rarely use; automatic ones keep working. • Available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese and Japanese. Light and dark appearance, adjustable text size. HOW TO USE 1. Click the Extension Maker icon and choose “New Extension” (or press Alt+Shift+M to open the editor next to the page). 2. Write a code, or create buttons and a panel. 3. Add them to an extension, pick when it runs, and press “Test on Page”. 4. Save. Your extension now appears in the launcher. The first time, Chrome asks you to turn on “Allow User Scripts” for Extension Maker in its details page. The launcher shows a shortcut to that setting. PRIVACY Everything you create is stored on your device. Extension Maker has no account, no analytics and sends nothing to any server. The codes you write run only where and when you decide. PERMISSIONS • “Read and change all your data on all websites” — your codes and panels can run on any site you choose.
