Extension Guard - Manage and secure extensions

I use the extension to check what permissions an extension requires before installing it from the Chrome Store. The update from March 19, 2025 causes two issues: 1. Removed popup function --> FIXED Before you could choose between a popup or sidebar when clicking the extension's icon. The popup option has been removed. Thank you for your detailed feedbacks. We have added an option to show the stats in the popup instead of going to the my extensions page directly. You can change the options by going to the My extensions page, click on Options (at the top-right corner), and toggle the switch: "Clicking on icon open Chrome-Stats popup instead of Extension Guard".
