Extension Auditor - Security & Privacy Analyzer

Clicking on extension's icon gives error popup

Setup:
General Settings --> Extension Icon Click Action --> Open Dashboard

Issue:
Dashboard does not open anymore when clicking on the extension's icon. You expect to go to the URL chrome-extension://blemhmgimpnomjfkjoinlclbmgoljddm/dashboard/index.html.

Instead a popup opens that says
"Your file couldn’t be accessed
It may have been moved, edited, or deleted.
ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND"
