I am very sorry that you had a bad experience. I have tried to update to the latest version to resolve this issue. The reason for the problem is that my domain name supplier disabled my domain name without notifying me, leading to three major issues: 1. The official website is inaccessible. 2. Users cannot log in. 3. Users cannot send emails. It is hard to imagine how frustrating it must be for users to be unable to log in after purchasing the product and not being able to contact us. This does indeed look like a scam, and I understand your frustration. I am also feeling helpless because my domain name supplier has not given me any response so far. I have no idea why the domain name was disabled or how to resolve it. I really want to leave a negative review for them, but I don’t know where to do that. Currently, I am trying to contact them while also urgently switching to a new domain. You can’t imagine the whole workflow—this is simply a disaster. I need to modify all domain-related information, recompile the plugin, and then publish it. The next version of this plugin will solve this problem.
