Use this extension on Patreon's posts page to export or show all comments. The options are available when you right-click on the page. It only works on posts pages. The path should look something like this "patreon.com/posts/...".

It has a lot of potential and the export are relatively clean (replies in comments can be a bit finicky to manage) and the "show all comments" feature works up to 90 or so comments. All in all this is a very useful extension but there are teething problems.

My 1st use: Neither <show all comments> nor <download comments> appeared to do anything. 2nd use: I navigated back to the post & comments in a separate tab. Not sure if this made a difference or if the original problem is an initialization problem. <show all comments> loaded many comments but stopped at "122 of 188".
