Extracts citations by deleting unwanted bracketed citations and parentheses

An extension that removes the citations from websites to clean up reading. Also has additional options for cleaning that may not work on many sites such as removing APA citations. Specifically tested and designed for both Wikipedia and the USDA FEIS database species reviews.
