Evidence Clipper turns what you read into a searchable base of user evidence. Highlight a sentence anywhere on the web and save it with one keystroke. The source URL and date are captured automatically, so a tagged, exportable evidence base builds itself while you read. No account. No server. No subscription. Everything stays in your browser. CAPTURE AND CODING ARE SEPARATE This is the single decision the tool is built around. When you are reading, you are in flow. A dialog that asks "which project? which tag?" at that moment costs you the thought you were having, and after three of those, you stop capturing altogether. So capture is one action with zero questions. Tagging, projects, and notes happen later, in the library, where an Untagged filter acts as your triage queue. This mirrors how qualitative coding actually works: gather first, code in a dedicated pass. - WHO IT HELPS: It is built for research-driven product and service design work.
