Only Allowing VCF contact save

I have installed the extension, allowed permissions to my knowledge and still not able to save to Google Contacts, and will only allow to save to my computer, which is not helpful.

Not working as described...

...Support / install instructions say I'll be asked to give permissions to add info to Google Contacts. I was never asked for permissions & thus Evercontact will not add info to Contacts. Please fix the broken app...it could be very useful.

Chrome Plugin Stopped working

Chrome plugin will extract the highlighted data but it will not save it in Gmail. I've logged out, logged back in, uninstalled the extension, and reinstalled it and still same error. Gmail "could not save." Please advise.

problem

I have just purchased the basic package for 60 dollars. For some reason i do not see any updated contacts from my gmail in the dashboard and when i attempt to access settings in my dashboard the page only partially loads with not content being presented.
