Etty is a simple extension that allows you to find the etymological history of a word.

Etty allows you to quickly search etymonline.com for the history and evolution of a word. The word can be quickly queried with the right-click context menu, which will create a new tab directly to the word's page. It can also be queried directly from the extension popup, which offers abbreviated definitions and origin years.
