Recently, the ETSY details page was updated, and there is no response after clicking the plugin, making it unusable

CAN NOT REMOVE EXTENSION

I have removed this extension, re-started, cleaned my system - THE LOT - and STILL it appears on my Etsy, even when it is no longer showing in my extensions. How do I get rid of it COMPLETELY ???
