Etsy → POD Order Sync

Sends orders from Etsy Shop Manager to your print-on-demand provider (Podbul, Printful, Printify, Gelato or your own) as JSON.

POD Sync sends your Etsy orders to your print-on-demand (POD) provider as clean, structured JSON, straight from the Etsy Shop Manager Orders page. No CSV exports, no copy-pasting addresses. WHAT IT DOES - Reads the orders listed on Shop Manager → Orders (order number, buyer, items, SKU, quantity, variations such as color/size, total). - Opens each order's detail panel and reads the full shipping address: name, street lines, city, state/region, postal code, country and phone. - Sends everything to the POD provider you choose. Printify, Printful, Podbul and Gelato are built in; you can add any other provider that has an HTTP endpoint. - Lets you send all orders on the page or only the ones you tick on Etsy. HOW TO SET UP (once, about 2 minutes) 1. Install the extension and click its icon, then click the gear (Settings), or open Manage providers. 2. Pick your provider card (for example Printify) and enter: - Order update URL: the endpoint your provider gave you (for Printify this is shown in your Printify dashboard under Integrations → Etsy extension). - Authentication: choose "Custom header" and enter the header name and your API key, or choose "HTTP Basic" and enter username and password. Use whichever your provider supports. - Delivery: "All orders in one request" or "One request per order", as your provider expects. 3. Click "Test connection". A green notification means the provider accepted the request. 4. Click "Save changes". Your browser will ask for permission to contact the provider's address; click Allow. Without this permission the extension cannot send anything. HOW TO SEND ORDERS 1. In Etsy, open Shop Manager → Orders & Shipping (the page URL starts with etsy.com/your/orders). 2. Optional: tick the checkboxes of the orders you want to send. If you tick nothing, every order on the page is sent. 3. Click the POD Sync icon in the toolbar. 4. Choose the provider under "Send to". 5. Click "Send to <provider>". The extension opens each order's detail panel for about a second to read the address, shows a progress bar, then sends the data. 6. A green "Sent" box confirms delivery. Expand "Server response" to see what your provider replied. GOOD TO KNOW - Compact vs Detailed: the popup has a switch. Compact shows a one-line summary; Detailed lists every order with its status. Change it anytime in the popup or in Settings. - If an address cannot be read for an order, the popup warns you and the order is still sent with the raw address lines included, so nothing is lost. - Only orders currently visible on the page are read. If your Orders page is paginated, send each page separately. - The extension reads the Etsy page as you see it in your browser. It does not use the Etsy API and does not need your Etsy password. - Etsy occasionally changes its page layout. If orders stop being detected, update the extension; fixes are delivered automatically. PRIVACY - Order and address data is read only while you click "Send" and is sent only to the provider endpoint you configured. Nothing is sent to us or to any third party. - Your provider settings and API keys are stored in your browser (Chrome sync storage) and never leave it except as the authentication header of the requests you trigger. - The extension has no analytics, no tracking and no background network activity. REQUIREMENTS - Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera or another Chromium browser. - An Etsy seller account with access to Shop Manager. - An account and API credentials at your POD provider.
