Exports ETHOS IRB study SmartForm sections and documents into a structured package.

ETHOS IRB Exporter is a productivity tool for researchers working within the ETHOS IRB submission system at UT Southwestern Medical Center. With one click, it captures all artifacts from an authenticated ETHOS IRB study workspace and saves them to your local Downloads folder in a clean, organized structure under ETHOS/<STUDY_ID>/. What it exports: SmartForm section files and section view content Study documents attached to the workspace A deterministic metadata file (manifest.json) for traceability A diagnostics report (export_diagnostics.json) for troubleshooting Designed for reliability: Processes one export job at a time to prevent conflicts Requires the ETHOS tab to remain open through completion Scoped exclusively to ethos.swmed.edu — no other sites are accessed No data is uploaded to any external server
