تصدير ورفع الفواتير والإيصالات، تقارير القيمة المضافة وتنبيهات المهل — من داخل منظومة الفاتورة الإلكترونية المصرية

ETA Plus أداة مساعدة لمنظومة الفاتورة الإلكترونية المصرية (invoicing.eta.gov.eg) تعمل من داخل جلسة المنظومة المفتوحة في المتصفح. • لوحة تحكم: صافي المبيعات والمشتريات، عدد المستندات، موقف ضريبة القيمة المضافة، الفواتير التي تحتاج مراجعة. • تحميل الفواتير والإيصالات من داخل المنظومة لأي فترة: Excel بأعمدة تختارها، تقارير ضريبة القيمة المضافة ونموذج 41، وملفات PDF الرسمية في ملف ZIP أو ملف واحد مدمج. • إقرار القيمة المضافة والجدول الشهري: تصنيف المبيعات والمشتريات، قرار الخصم لكل فاتورة أو بند دون تغيير المستند الأصلي، ترحيل الرصيد الدائن، وملف CSV للمنظومة الجديدة (SAP) أو القديمة. • الخصم والتحصيل تحت حساب الضريبة لكل ربع سنة: ملخص حسب التصنيف، مراجعة تصنيف كل فاتورة، معاملة المورد (دفعات مقدمة، النظام المبسط، معفى)، وملف نموذج 41 للمنظومة الجديدة أو القديمة. • رفع الفواتير من قالب Excel أو محرر داخلي، والتوقيع بالتوكن من خلال عميل التوقيع الخاص بالمنظومة. • فواتير متكررة: فاتورة الإيجار أو الخدمة الشهرية تصبح مسودة جديدة في يومها من كل شهر، مع تذكير على سطح المكتب. • قوالب تصدير محفوظة باسم (الفلاتر والتقرير والأعمدة) تصدّر بضغطة واحدة لأي فترة. • طباعة الفاتورة بتصميم الشركة (شعارها ولونها وملاحظتها) أو حفظها PDF لإرسالها للعميل. • رفع الإيصالات الإلكترونية (نقاط البيع) من قالب Excel، وإدارة أكواد الأصناف وطلباتها. • متابعة مهل الإلغاء والرفض للمستندات المرسلة والمستلمة، وتنبيهات على سطح المكتب حتى والإضافة مغلقة (اختيارية). • الإيصالات الإلكترونية ضمن المزامنة وموقف الضريبة، مع خصم المرتجع، وتوقع ضريبة الشهر حتى نهايته. • تنبيه قبل انتهاء شهادة التوقيع، وعند الاقتراب من حد سنوي للمبيعات أو المشتريات تحدده، وعند وصول مستند بقيمة كبيرة. • تحليل العملاء والموردين: الجديد منهم، والتوزيع الشهري، والعملاء الذين توقفوا عن الشراء، والمستندات المتأخرة والملغاة والمرفوضة لكل مورد، وشارة «مورد جديد» في الجداول. • لوحة إيصالات نقاط البيع: المبيعات يومًا بيوم ولكل نقطة بيع، والإيصالات غير الصالحة، ونقاط البيع المتوقفة. • رسم آخر 12 شهرًا، وتحليل الأصناف، ونسخة احتياطية للأرشيف (يدوية أو أسبوعية تلقائية) واسترجاعها. • أرشيف محلي للفواتير مع بحث وفلاتر وتقارير قابلة للطباعة. • دعم أكثر من شركة، وربط اختياري بواجهة ERP الرسمية. الاشتراك: ETA Plus خدمة مدفوعة تبدأ بفترة تجريبية مجانية. نافذة ETA Plus داخل المنظومة باشتراك لكل إيميل منظومة، وETA Plus Pro (لوحة المتابعة والأرشيف والإقرارات والتقارير وربط ERP) باشتراك لكل شركة. الأسعار والاشتراك: https://eta-plus.app الخصوصية: لا تطلب الإضافة اسم مستخدم أو كلمة مرور المنظومة. الفواتير والأرشيف تُحفظ داخل المتصفح فقط، ولا تُرسل إلا إلى خوادم مصلحة الضرائب المصرية نفسها. للتحقق من الاشتراك فقط تُرسل الإضافة إيميل المنظومة وأرقام تسجيل الشركات المحفوظة إلى خادم اشتراكات ETA Plus. التفاصيل: https://eta-plus.app/privacy.html ETA Plus ليست تابعة لمصلحة الضرائب المصرية. ETA Plus is a helper for the Egyptian e-invoicing portal (invoicing.eta.gov.eg). It works from the portal session already open in your browser. • Dashboard: net sales and purchases, document counts, VAT position, documents that need review. • Export invoices and e-receipts for any period from inside the portal: Excel with the columns you choose, VAT sales / purchases and Form 41 templates, official PDFs in one ZIP or one merged file. • Monthly VAT and schedule-tax return: sales and purchases classified, deduction decided per invoice or line without changing the ETA document, credit carried forward, and the CSV upload file for the new (SAP) or old tax system. • Withholding tax per quarter: summary by classification, review of each invoice's classification, supplier treatment (advance payments, simplified regime, exempt), and the Form 41 file for the new or old tax system. • Upload invoices from an Excel template or a built-in editor, signed with your USB token through the portal's own signing client. • Recurring invoices: a monthly rent or service invoice becomes a new draft on its day each month, with a desktop reminder. • Saved export presets (filters, report and columns under a name), one click for any period. • Print an invoice in your company's own design (logo, colour, note) or save it as PDF to send to the customer. • Upload e-receipts (POS) from Excel, and manage item codes and code requests. • Cancel / reject deadlines for sent and received documents, with optional desktop alerts even when ETA Plus is closed. • E-receipts in the sync and the VAT position (returns subtracted), and a month-end VAT estimate. • Alerts before the signing certificate expires, near a yearly sales or purchases limit you set, and when a document above an amount you set arrives. • Customer and supplier analysis: new parties, monthly figures, customers who stopped buying, each supplier's late, cancelled and rejected documents, and a «new supplier» badge in the tables. • Point-of-sale receipts dashboard: sales per day and per POS, receipts ETA did not accept, and POS that stopped sending. • Automatic background sync, a local archive with search, filters and printable reports, and archive backup (manual or weekly) / restore. • Several companies, and an optional link to the official ETA ERP API.
