Very useful. I will always support it！！！！！！

I am a graduate student trying to gather data for my dissertation and I was nearly pulling my hair out with how I was going to be able to get posts that spanned across two years for a public facebook group page. I came across this extension and it was a GAMECHANGER! Not only am I able to quickly pull only the desired posts, it also provides them in an organized fashion with each post getting its own folder. Fantastically powerful tool.

Worth one monthly subscription to backup site and personal account. UI is not greatest and personally I hate that you must watch some video for simple 3 step guide on how to use. Pointless video is pointless, 3 pics and couple of lines of text does same quicker.

Extremely disappointing. The UI is inaccessible and unpleasant to use, everything feels cluttered and hard to navigate. I upgraded straight to premium just to use the app, without even trying the free version, and quickly realized it was a waste of money. I immediately requested a refund, but they refused to give me my money back! The customer service is just as bad as the app itself. Definitely do not recommend.
