EstateBrains Capture (beta)

Capture property listings from any website, value them with EstateBrains, export JSON/CSV or open them as an analysis.

EstateBrains Capture turns any property listing into structured data and an instant valuation, without copying and pasting. Open the side panel on a property portal or agency website, click "Capture page", and EstateBrains reads the listing for you: • Price, size, price per m², property type, bedrooms, bathrooms and floor • Year built and renovation year, energy class, heating and features • Address and area, using the page's map where available • Condition and interior quality, judged from the listing photos • A confidence indicator on every key fact, so you know what to double-check Then value it with EstateBrains: • Estimated sale price with a range, and price per m² • Estimated monthly rent and gross yield • Whether the asking price is above, below or in line with the estimate • How many comparable listings and recorded sales nearby support it Keep and reuse your work: • Open any capture as a full EstateBrains analysis • Copy or export as JSON or CSV (opens in Excel) • Capture a whole search results page as a list of listings • Your captures are kept in your own browser Built for real estate agents, valuers and investors working in Greece. Available in English and Greek, in light and dark mode. Nothing runs automatically: the extension only reads a page when you click "Capture page", and only values a property when you click "Value this property". Requires an EstateBrains account.
