Integrates Boris Chen tiers into ESPN Fantasy Football

On the team pages and the free agents pages on the ESPN Fantasy Football website, a column is added that displays the Boris Chen ranking of each player on your team. If the player is not on the tier list, he will be Unranked. By default, the extension uses PPR data from Boris Chen, but you can also choose Standard or 0.5 PPR in the options, which can be accessed from the toolbar icon or Chrome's list of extensions.
